Persyaratan
- Female, 23-30 years old
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement (preferred as contract admin)
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Have PTK 007 Certificate (priority)
- Full Vaccinated
- Provide fast response and good support to users
- Good Administration & communication
- Good in english
- Initiative, Creative, Independent & Fast Learner
- Will be placed in Jakarta Selatan & WFO
- End to end administrative support procurement process based on Company & SKK Migas Regulations
- Reporting the stage of duties and responsibilities to Supervisor & SKK Migas
- Documenting and archiving administration of procurement process
- Monitoring & tracking procurement status
- Reporting procurement status to Supervisor
- Distribute Service Order, Letter of Agreement so related function
