Contract Admin Staff
Persyaratan
  • Female, 23-30 years old
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement (preferred as contract admin)
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  • Have PTK 007 Certificate (priority)
  • Full Vaccinated
  • Provide fast response and good support to users
  • Good Administration & communication
  • Good in english
  • Initiative, Creative, Independent & Fast Learner
  • Will be placed in Jakarta Selatan & WFO
Job Description :
  1. End to end administrative support procurement process based on Company & SKK Migas Regulations
  2. Reporting the stage of duties and responsibilities to Supervisor & SKK Migas
  3. Documenting and archiving administration of procurement process
  4. Monitoring & tracking procurement status
  5. Reporting procurement status to Supervisor
  6. Distribute Service Order, Letter of Agreement so related function
