- Candidate MUST have capability in MANDARIN languages both conversation, reading & writing
- Familiar in Microsoft Office
- Self driven, motivated, High Integrity & responsibility
- Have a good communication skill
- Strategic thinking and problem solving mindset
- Willing to work in Pluit (Jakarta Utara)
Job Desk
- Manage all accounting transaction: Reconcile all account balance, including payable, receivable, prepaid, depreciation, ammortization, taxes and prepare tax returns
- Handle monthly, quarterly and correctly, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Ensure timely payments verify and approval
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Persyaratan
- Candidate maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Proficiency in English is a MUST, Mandarin would be a plus
- Experience minimum 2-3 years in Ecommerce platform
- Good communication and logical
- Strong in data analysis and reporting

- Independently handle vehicle maintenance, violations, logistics, accidents & safety matters
- Responsible for vehicle certificates, maintenance & violations, etc
- Deal with emergencies (accidents, rescues & failures in transit, etc)
- Vehicle related knowledge training, risk investigation & fixed asset management in the agents’ areas
- Car service (Annual review, violations, certificates & logistics)
