LoQerja.com - Dewa United Football Club (atau disingkat sebagai Dewa United FC) adalah klub sepak bola Indonesia yang berdiri pada 22 Februari 2021 dan bermarkas di Indomilk Arena, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Dewa United FC memiliki julukan yaitu Tangsel Warrior. Klub ini didirikan oleh Tommy Hermawan Lo, Rendra Soedjono dan Kevin Hardiman setelah mengakusisi saham klub Liga 2 Indonesia yaitu Martapura FC. Saat ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:
Human Resources Assistant Manager
- The position of human resource assistant manager consists of planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources, and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance
Job Role
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems and program
- Set up policy related to HR Departement (such as: organizational policy, recruitment policy, compensation and benefits policy) to establish competitive program and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Plan, organize and conduct new employee orientation, and employee training in conjunction with other division to achieve company vision and mission
- Serve as a link between management and employees by administrering contracts and helping resolve work related problems
- Manage employee from 4 business division
- Manage office operations
- Preparing budget of HR operations and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources and minimum 5 years work experience
- Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work and identify the people for the job
- Integrity – job requires being honest and ethical
- Leadership – job requires a willingness to lead, take charge and offer opinions and directions
- Initiative – job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities, reliable and challenges
