RECRUITMENT STAFF
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Recruitment initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Perform also in employer branding activities by creating and maintaining employer branding programs
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Staff (an experience in Digital Agency Industry will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, organization development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full understanding of the Recruitment Cycle
