Richeese Factory adalah salah satu perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia yang bergerak di bisinis Quick Service Restaurant yang mempunyai ciri khas menu bercita rasa keju. Saat ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:
1. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Psychology/Managerment/ Industrial Engineering (GPA 3.00)
- 1-2 years of experience as a OD staff or similar
- Understand and familiar with Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Competency, Etc
- Having good Analytical thinking & communication skill
- Able to perform administration related to work
- Willing to work under pressure
- Have good computer skills (Ms Office)
- Placement in Bandung
2. REGIONAL TRAINER
Qualifications :
- Education D3, D4/S1 Majoring in F&B Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management (GPA 3,00)
- Fresh Graduate or have at least 1 year experience in the field of F&B/Restaurant/Retail
- Analytical thinking, communication skill & presentation skill
- Able to perform administration related to work with high mobility
- Willing to work with high mobility (out of city service travel)
- Have good computer skills
- Placement in Bandung
3. TALENT ACQUISITION STAFF
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (GPA 3.00)
- 1-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition staff or similar
- Understand and familiar with psychological test, Behavior Event Interview & Assessment Center
- Have good computer skills (Ms Office)
- Fluent in English
- Having good analytical thinking & communication skill
- Able to perform administration related to work
- Willing to work under pressure
- Willing to work with high mobility (out of city service travel)
- Placement in Bandung
