HRIS Officer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information system, or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have internship experience as business analyst or related in HR system implementations is a plus
- Good analytical and structured thinking
- Good communication skills
- Have knowledge in Darwinbox system is a plus
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and travel across Indonesia (if necessary)
Responsibilities :
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs & requirements
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders to help translate the business needs & requirements into technical configuration in system
- Dealing with client’s issues and delivering best option solutions
- Create, manage, and maintain all set-up and system configuration
- Execute testing procedures for all system configuration to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Provide documentation of all processes
- Deliver socialization and trainings for respective stakeholders as needed
