Business Development, Seller Edu Trainer
Job Description
- Conduct training on all fundamental courses for mall and non-mall seller via physical training and online training
- Create and maintain training material
- Update & align content with Operations & Features Team
- Keep internal staff up to date with latest updates via commercial meeting and newsletter
- Collect all Training data and Report to all relevant stakeholders
- Create examination on all Courses & update to ensure staff’s understanding of topics
- Collaborate with other teams to support seller training project
- Monitor and push feature adoption after training and report to all stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Good communication & Presentation skill
- Minimum 1 year experience in conduct Training (both offline and online)
- Good data management skills and familiar with Excel would be an advantage
