Didirikan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2016 sebagai perusahaan dengan tujuan khusus dalam menjalankan, mengendalikan dan mengelola aset kegiatan usaha pembangkit listrik Jawa-1 yang merupakan pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas dengan teknologi CCGT terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Saat ini membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai:
1. Instrumentation & Control Engineer
Requirements :
- Have a minimum education of S1 Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in power plant or Oil & Gas engineering, with a focus on Instrument and Control systems.
- Strong understanding of power plant engineering concepts and best practices within the power generation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of control system in power plant or similar industry.
- Have a good knowledge of IT application, i.e.: Networking, Addressing and Security
- Understanding in structured methodology of troubleshoot and provide a report or/and RCA with regards to electrical system faults and failures.
- Knowledge in I&C – Asset Integrity Management System. Able to create report and recommendation for AIMS.
- Familiarity with management of change (MOC) and critical bypass protection philosophy.
- Thorough understanding and commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs and practices.
- Proficiency in using Asset Management Tools and programming.
- Proven leadership skills in multicultural environment, with the ability to lead and motivate effectively.
- The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English.

2. Mechanical Technician
Requirements:
- Posses at minimum of a Diploma 3 degree in mechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in power plant and gas facilities operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both rotating and static equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
- Experience with the use of computerized procurement, inventory control, and maintenance management systems (especially CMMS MAXIMO software) are beneficial.
- Experience to operate workshop machine (Lathe, Milling, Drill, etc) is beneficial.
- Have good communication in English, both oral and written.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team.
