Qualifications :
  • Diploma degree (D3) from any major.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor especially in the hospitality industry.
  • Customer service oriented. Able to handle customer complaint.
  • Excellent in English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Have a pleasant personality and well-groomed.
  • Have good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and be able to conduct training.

Job Descriptions :
  1. Monitoring Customer Service team’s work.
  2. Perform loyalty program activities, survey activities, update the loyalty program database and provide analysis of key customer data insight.
  3. Ensure the Grand Indonesia Mobile App is always up-to-date with all recent loyalty program activities.
  4. Ensure both complaints and Lost & Found to be handled properly according to the Department standard and regularly report to Customer Service Coordinator.
  5. Manage the staff’s daily schedule and ensure they are on their schedule.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Event Officer in Retail or Event Organizer Company.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and references of creative events, event management, visual merchandising concepts, and technical production processes.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written & verbally.

Job Descriptions :
  1. Actively contribute to the success of events from conceptualization to execution.
  2. Provide support for marketing communication programs and partnership activities tailored for brands.
  3. Ensure that all mall events and activities meet the esteemed standards of Grand Indonesia.
  4. Optimize the utilization of event and promotional communication platforms.
  5. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the impact of event creation on footfall traffic growth.
  6. Ensure meticulous quality control of production materials and visuals to be displayed.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of each event. Regularly maintain Division’s assets to ensure their continued values.
  8. Foster effective collaboration and coordination with related parties to ensure the output provided aligns seamlessly with both requirements and standards.

Qualifications :
  • Graduated with a Bachelor degree in PR / Marketing & Communication / Advertising.
  • Knowledgeable in Public Relations, Communications, Digital & Social media trend.
  • Able to multi-task & have good networking skills is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both verbal & written.

Job Descriptions 
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with the media.
  • Execute press conference or media gathering.
  • Create press release & other copywriting.
  • Conduct CSR programs & actively be a part of any social activity.
  • Manage the content for Grand Indonesia’s internal social media.
