1. HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Qualifications
- High School or Diploma (D3) Degree.
- Basic understanding of computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Understanding in English both written and spoken.
- Have good physical strength and stamina.
- Able to work diligently and independently.
- Has attention to detail and is organized
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain high and consistent performance quality in service delivery.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the areat and courteous senice, especially in the lobby area, lobby facilities, rest room, and pest control.
- Carry out routine cleaning of all areas on a regular basis to ensure that the standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the area is well maintained, including in the tenant unit (according to requests).
- Maintain appropriate standards of personal hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
- Monitor and control the supply of cleaning materials, provisions, and operating equipment to prevent equipment damage.
- Monitor Housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, lock control, and any emergency procedures relevant to the Housekeeping Department.
2. CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
Qualifications
- High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
- A service & people-oriented person.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Software.
- Able to communicate in English both spoken & written.
- Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality.
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain our loyal customers by giving personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge.
- Handle complaints & provide solutions.
- Administer G CARD transactions.
- Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience.
- Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers.
- Creating reports as required.
3. FRONT OFFICE AGENT
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken. Having other international language will be a plus point.
- Knowledgeable in front office operations
- Customer Service oriented.
- Proficient in operating computers.
Job Descriptions
- Provide excellent service to the tenants.
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departments.
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants.
- Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information.
- Knowledgeable in products and services for residence’s daily activities.
